AAA FMS provides services under the co-employer (316) and bill-payer (315) models. We also support participants who are enrolling in the Self-Determination Program (SDP) for the first time or transferring from another Financial Management Service (FMS). At this time, AAA FMS does not support the sole-employer (317) model.

You choose and purchase goods and services from your preferred vendors, and we will manage the payments on your behalf.

Co-Employer

You decide who to hire, fire, and how much to pay, while we manage all employment-related matters, including insurance.

Transition Support

Transitioning to the SDP program can be daunting, but our expert team is here to guide you through the process. Best of all, the Regional Center covers 100% of the cost for these services, so it won’t impact your spending budget.
