No, we are not able to onboard medical service providers.

Onboarding typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on how quickly your service providers complete their steps.

You’re not required to have an Independent Facilitator, but we do recommend it for extra support.

As an FMS, we do not operate on a reimbursement model. Instead, we work based on a pre-approved Spending Plan, which outlines the budget in advance. All expenditures must align with this plan, as it is developed collaboratively and approved prior to the use of any funds. This approach ensures financial accountability, transparency, and that all spending directly supports the goals and needs identified in the individual’s plan. As such, any purchases made outside of the approved Spending Plan cannot be reimbursed.

As per policy, the regular hours are 9 hours/ day and 45 hours per week. Daily overtime is computed in excess of 9 hours and weekly overtime is in excess of 45 hours.

Kindly take note that the official start date will commence upon completion of all the onboarding tasks and approval of the spending plan. We will not honor any dates with services provided prior to the official start date, approval of spending plan and verified POS.

If an employee will undergo a background check, an initial BC email will be sent for Live Scan fingerprinting.

"Note: The BCIA 8016 will be taken to the Live Scan location; get the fingerprinting done and then get the form back once the location fills out the bottom part of the form. Once you retrieve the form, please email it to us along with 3 other forms (DS 228, DS 229, and DS 6014) Please take note that BC forms should be submitted directly to us and not to DDS. "

Currently, it takes an average of two weeks for the background check processing. Upon clearance, the isolved login email link will be sent out for the onboarding process.
