When you book your initial meet and greet, you will meet a AAA FMS client success specialist who will give you a complete tour of our custom built portal and walk you through all of the onboarding process. She will also be able to answer any questions or concerns you have regarding AAA FMS and the SDP program. When you are ready to start, the client success specialist will give you an onboarding link so you can register directly onto the portal.
Once you provide information on your service providers during the participant onboarding a specialized team will reach out and onboard all of your service provdiers. Our team will take care of all of the outreach so you don't have to do anything, if there are any roadblocks we will communicate those to you along with frequent updates.
We believe we have the best customer service team in the entire industry and we can back that claim up. We answer every single customer service call and respond to every single customer service email within 24 hours. Please feel free to call us anytime from 10am-6pm, Monday through Friday

Don't see your Regional Center on the list? Not to worry, we can begin a courtesy vendorization with your regional center if you choose our services. We work closely with your Service Coordinator so that the onboarding process and contiuned support is smooth and efficent.
